2. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (IST – GMT +05:30)
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed on the same business day whenever possible.
- Orders received after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Handling Time: 0–1 Business Day (Monday to Saturday)
Transit Time: 3–7 Business Days (Monday to Saturday)
Please note that orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
3. Delivery Terms
- We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
- Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email and/or SMS containing your tracking details.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier operations.
4. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are correct when placing your order.
Bagofa is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
